CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. A new deposit will also be required to reschedule. Late Policy: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. • After 20 minutes without communication, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show, and the no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. • If you communicate that you are running late, accommodation of the appointment will be based on the provider’s discretion and schedule availability.
